I won't have time to caption everything but I'll give it a start while I'm waiting for photos to upload. This is a neighbourhood fair that our friends took us to.

They insisted that I wear this kimono and wooden shoes. It was such a hot night.

But fun, and the scents and noises in the air, it was a great arrival to Tokyo

And this neighbourhood restaurant served such tasty food!

We got one of the customers to tie the sash correctly, since our hosts didn't know how to do it!
